We specialise in providing comprehensive nursing and medical care for respite and convalescence needs across our homes in Bray,  Wicklow, Kilcock and Glasnevin.  We respect the independence and dignity of every individual in a comfortable, compassionate and homely environment. 

Areas of professional care include stroke or neurological injury, physical disability and long-term conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, arthritis, cardio or respiratory illness. We also specialise in cognitive needs including all stages of dementia. Learn more about dementia care.

Bespoke Nursing Care Plans

Care plans are developed by our registered nursing professionals in conjunction with the individual resident and, if desired, their family members in consultation with our multi-disciplinary medical team. We can also facilitate private consultation with specialists such including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, dieticians during your stay.

Plans includes medical, physical and emotional care, nutritional requirements and preferences such as catering for vegetarian and vegan diets. We also incorporate areas of essential wellbeing such as physical exercise, time outdoors, intellectual stimulation and social engagement should you wish to partake.

Convalescence Care is designed to provide an important transitional phase immediately after discharge from hospital.   Our specialised programmes, tailored to your individual medical needs, can greatly assist you in restoring your confidence as you progress towards full recovery and enable you to integrate back into your community as quickly as possible.

Respite Care

Respite care is usually from a few days to a few weeks, typically when a home carer is temporarily unavailable.  A medical referral is not required and you can arrange respite care directly with us.
